1. Refund Eligibility1.1. Subscription Cancellation: Subscribers may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase if they decide to cancel their subscription. 2. Non-Refundable Situations2.1. Service Utilization: Once a subscriber has utilized any premium features or services associated with the subscription, they are no longer eligible for a refund. This policy ensures fairness to both the subscriber and the service provider.
2.2. Technical Support: Refunds are not applicable to payments made for technical support or consulting services provided in addition to the premium subscription. These services are considered separate from the subscription and may have their own terms and conditions.
3. Refund Process3.1. Review and Verification: All refund requests will undergo a review and verification process to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy. This process may take up to 14 days from the refund request date
3.2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment gateway or method used for the original purchase. Please note that the refund amount may exclude any processing fees or charges imposed by the payment gateway or financial institutions.
4. Subscription Renewal4.1. Automatic Renewal: The premium subscription is set to automatically renew at the end of the 1-year period. If a subscriber wishes to discontinue the service, they must cancel the subscription before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
4.2. Refunds for Automatic Renewals: Refunds for automatic renewal payments will only be issued if the subscriber cancels their subscription within 7 from the renewal date. Refund requests made after this period may not be honored.
